Among the treasures of New England are the various festivals that are held throughout the region each year. One such festival is the Pawtucket Arts Festival, which is taking place throughout the month of September.
Among this year's many festival events are the 12th Annual Dragon Boat Races (today), Rocktucket (also today), the Slater Mill Labor & Ethnic Heritage Festival and Stone Soup Folk Festival (tomorrow), Slater Park Arts & Crafts Festival (next Saturday and Sunday), the Rhode Island Philharmonic Pops (next Saturday), and the 13th Annual Pawtucket Film Festival (Friday-Sunday, 23-25 September).
