Proposal to End High School Football for Safety Reasons Generates Controversy

A recent Dover, NH, school board member proposal to terminate the high school football program for safety reasons has been drawing national attention. Dr. Paul Butler is a retired physician (and former high school and college football player) who is very concerned about the risk of concussions and long-term brain injuries.
