One of the treasures of New England is the number of people, working individually or as part of an organization, who strive to be good stewards of the region's wildlife.
One such example is highlighted by the care recently given to a couple of young falcons in Pawtucket, RI, after they left their nest. Because they were too young to make their first flight, they did not get very far, and an ad hoc team of concerned citizens responded to their plight.
