Yesterday, PBS stations throughout the nation broadcast A Capitol Fourth, a Washington, DC, Independence Day concert and fireworks display celebrating the nation's birthday. Because of the effects of the pandemic the were some social distancing and other changes in the performances. However, it was still a great concert with a mixture of some of the types of music that have contributed to the making this nation the blessing it is.
