An early morning fire on Monday, 7 February, destroyed an unoccupied condominium at the Oak N’ Spruce Resort, 190 Meadow Street, in the South Lee section of Lee, MA.
The initial alarm for the fire in the two-story wood frame structure, which contained ten units, was called in at approximately 6:15 AM.
The Lee Fire Department was assisted by units from Becket, Cheshire, Great Barrington, Hancock, Lenox, Monterey, Stockbridge, Tyringham, and West Stockbridge.
