Revere, MA, Man Struck by Loose Hose from Fire Engine

A 70-year-old Revere man was recently injured when he was struck by an 1 and 3/4 inch-diameter crosslay fire hose that unfurled from Engine 4 (a 2004 Pierce, with a 1250 gpm pump and 750 gallon water tank) as it responded to an emergency medical call.
