NH Supreme Court Rules Emergency Responders May Sue in Cases of Property Owner Negligence

The Supreme Court of New Hampshire recently ruled that state law permits an emergency responder to pursue causes of action for injuries arising from allegedly negligent conduct that did not create the occasion for his visit, regardless of whether that conduct occurs during or prior to the responder’s official engagement on the scene.
