National Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week

The week of 16-24 November is being observed as National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, an event co-sponsored by the National Coalition for the Homeless and the National Student Campaign Against Hunger & Homelessness. During this observance, a number of schools, communities, and cities take part in a nationwide effort to bring greater awareness to the problems of hunger and homelessness.
