Today's reflection starter, in an earlier post, referred to The Imitation of Christ by Thomas à Kempis. I have a well-worn copy of this book, and I often bring it with me when I make a visit to our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, especially during exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. First published in 1418, this book has been called the most widely translated book in Christian literature (after the Bible).
