The chamber chorus, Amare Cantare, will be presenting "Music at the Cathedral" on Wednesday, 14 December, at Immaculate Conception Church, 98 Summer Street, Portsmouth, NH, beginning at 7:30 PM.
The presentation includes Giovanni Gabrieli’s Jubilate Deo, Alma redemptoris mater by Johannes Ockeghem, Maurice Duruflé’s Quatre motets sur des thèmes grégoriens (Four Motets on Gregorian Themes), a number of medieval English carols, and Trois Chansons, a group of French carols arranged by chorus member Steve LeBel.
Tickets are $15.00 at the door, $12.00 in advance; tickets for students/seniors are $12.00 at the door, $10.00 in advance.
