Today, 29 May, is being observed as the 26th annual National
Senior Health & Fitness Day, an observance initiated with to help
keep older Americans healthy and fit. The observance is held each year
on the last Wednesday of May. This year’s theme is "Live and Thrive with
Exercise!"
