This week, the week of 16-22 October, is being observed as International Infection Prevention Week, an observance designed to stress the importance of infection prevention and actions the healthcare community (including EMS provides) can take to improve patient safety. The 2022 theme is "The Future Is Infection Prevention: 50 Years of Infection Prevention."
