This week, the week of 15-21 October, is being observed as International Infection Prevention Week, an observance designed to stress the importance of infection prevention and actions the healthcare community (including EMS provides) can take to improve patient safety. The 2023 theme is "Celebrating the Fundamentals of Infection Prevention."
