Education: A Review of Implementation of Common Core State Standards

The EPE Research Center (a division of Editorial Projects in Education, the non-profit organization that publishes Education Week) and Education First recently published a survey of states’ plans to implement the Common Core State Standards.

According to the survey, although forty-six states and the District of Columbia have adopted a common set of academic standards, only seven (including Massachusetts) have fully developed plans to put the standards into practice in three key areas.
