Cardinal Dolan, Stephen Colbert on Humor, Joy, and the Spiritual Life

Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan, Archbishop of New York, and Stephen Colbert, host of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report, recently made a joint presentation about humor, faith, joy, and the spiritual life at Fordham University in the Bronx. “The Cardinal and Colbert: Humor, Joy, and the Spiritual Life,” was moderated by Father James Martin, S.J., author of Between Heaven and Mirth. The multimedia discussion touched on the relationship between humor and faith, framed within Catholicism.
