One New England treasure is the Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, New Hampshire.
Originally to be a homestead, Cathedral of the Pines became a memorial to those men and women (including one of the sons of the couple who had bought the property) who had sacrificed their lives in World War II.
Open free to the public daily from May through October, the site’s historic monuments honor the service of American men and women - both military and civilian.
