Msgr. Pope on Changing One's Life via Moving, Breathing, and Trusting

"Sometimes we like to complicate things, but every now and again it's good to simplify, to make things plain and simple. The other day it occurred to me that three words describe the wellbeing that I have discovered in my physical, emotional, and spiritual life: move, breathe, and trust.

"'Move' pertains to the physical, 'breathe' to the emotional and psychological, and 'trust' to the spiritual.."

In a recent commentary, Monsignor Charles Pope (pastor of Holy Comforter-Saint Cyprian Parish, Washington, DC) reflected on the application of these three principles - move, breathe, and trust - to our lives.
