Record Lake Champlain Flooding Update

Lake Champlain’s water level hovered at approximately 103.2 feet above sea level yesterday afternoon (6 May). This is over 3 feet higher than flood stage over a foot beyond the previous record according to U.S. Geological Survey data.

It is estimated the water could take weeks to recede. The flooding itself is expected to crest this weekend.
