One of the treasures of New England is the variety of art that is created by the artists of the region. One such example is the paintings, sculpture, and photographs that came from Georgetown, Maine, in the first half of the 1900's.
There has been a renewed interest in this group of artwork, and examples are included in area galleries Including the Portland Museum of Art and the Georgetown Historical Society.
