World Youth Day 2011

World Youth Day 2011 is quickly approaching. More than one million young people from around the world are expected to attend the event in Madrid, Spain, which runs from 16 to 21 August.

In January, Pope Benedict announced that John Paul II, the creator of the World Youth Days, has been named the patron for This year's World Youth Day.
