One of the treasures of New England is the variety of community celebrations held throughout the region. Some of these are annual celebrations, and others are held for special occasions.
Recently the Eastern League All-Star Game was held at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, in Manchester, NH. The Eastern League is a baseball AA minor league, and the stadium is the home field of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.
A part of the celebration surrounding the All-Star Game and its being held in Manchester, as well as a thank you to the community for its support of the team, the Fisher Cats sponsored a block party. Held the night before the game, the block party included a number of special activities for people of all ages.
