In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Salem, MA, is sponsoring "Art Spring," a city-wide pop-up public art initiative. The hope is that, with a little bit of whimsy, a little bit of color, and a lot of love, these art interventions will help to lift the spirits of those in the community and bring people together in celebration of spring and new beginnings, even with physical distancing requirements.
